Each of the boys become so very different as the days go by. It is an amazing thing to watch as a mother, isn't it? Ian will be taking up guitar lessons next week. And I have been encouraging Zane to pick an instrument to play as well. But I think he had a much different idea of instrument than I did.
These days his instrument of choice is my camera. Every evening after homework, he begs to use my camera. Im good with it as long as he keeps the strap around his neck. 253 photos people!
And now he is asking for his own camera. I still have my Nikon Coolpix, my first digital camera. I think that might be a good place for him to start. Any recommendations for cameras for kiddos?
This morning, after they were all on the bus headed to school, I sat down at the computer, coffee in hand to look through what he had captured.
::breakfast with the Ace and Bugsy::
::part of our family that I like to avoid focusing on, he captures head on::
That last one is my most favorite. Some mornings can be such a rush that after they are gone I can hardly remember any of it. The monotony of breakfast, lunches, finding backpacks cloud the real things that happen around here.
Thank you my sweet boy for the reminder and for letting your mama into your world.
