    Making Quilt Progress

    I'm working on finishing some loose end projects around here.

    Remember the quilt I mentioned my friend Carole and I were making?

    Oh, back in June?  Oh, you don't remember?

    Well maybe it is because it was way back in June of 2009.

    Like I said...I'm working on finishing things.

    Well, I finally picked up the blocks Carole showed me how to put together and there are enough to start piecing the quilt together I think.

    My most favorite thing about this quilt is that it is a joint effort.  We agreed on the color pallet, then both brought fabrics from our stash.  And luckily Carole likes vintage pieces like I do.

    I've always loved group projects.

    I think a bit of solid yellow and white in amongst the bowtie blocks will be pretty sweet.

    Now that the Fall garden is in...the latest decorating project is completed, I don't have anything to distract me.

    Yeah, right.
