Its an amazing thing when you are recognized by another person. Especially for something like mothering in a way that grounds your children and brings focus to what is really important.
I had the honor of being interviewed by Jean Van't Hul for an article she wrote for the April issue of Mothering Magazine. The other crafty mamas included in the article are Amanda Blake Soule, Amy Karol, Sally Shim, and Stephanie Congdon Barnes. (Im still wondering how in the heck I was included in such talented company, pinch, pinch.)
Thank you Jean for writing such a wonderful article and for bringing attention to how so many of us are choosing a slightly different path in how we run our homes and raise our children.
You can read the article here if you sign up with Mothering or you can get the issue in bookstores now. (Thanks Catherine for the heads up on the password requirement)
