Just thought I would share a few shots from last night in the garden. It was a perfect evening...cool-er temperatures, and a nice breeze...
...picking the days bounty each evening, summer squash, japanese eggplant, red peppers, yellow peppers, slicing tomatoes, yellow pear tomatoes, one wee jalapeno
...the first blackberries (allbeit a bit late, but worth the wait)
..okra
...Reggie watching it all from underneath the black berry bushes
...edamame beans, mmm, so good and so easy. I think we'll plant more of these next year.
...tomatoes, tomatoes and more tomatoes! I have eight gallon sized ziplock bags of spagetti sauce already in the freezer. Looks like I'll add a few more tomorrow.
