One of the things that I love the most about our garden is that the boys enjoy playing in it so much. This morning I went out to pick a little spinach and the last of the acorn squash for dinner. And this little truck was sitting on the edge of the garden loaded with "boulders". Apparently, last night while we were all out enjoying the first cool fall evening, someone was helping remove the rocks that inevitably get thrown into the garden dirt.
And this is an old flower frog. Do people even use these anymore? My mom gave it to me ... geez, lets see ... like 10 years ago or so. I use it occasionally for flowers like tulips or daffodils that can use a little more support when the vase is a little too wide.
These were our submissions for the A Year of Color group this week....pine green.
